007 night raises £3,800 for CLIC Sargent

A 'James Bond Casino Night' at the Banchory Lodge Hotel, has raised £3,800. The event was organised by Nick Sangster, 20, in aid of CLIC Sargent as family friends John and Karen Thow sadly lost their 11-year-old daughter Stacey to Leukeamia in 2003. Recruitment team take on a monster challenge

A team of four from PI Recruitment in Aberdeen have signed up for the First Monster Challenge to raise funds for CLIC Sargent. Carol Humphreys, one of our wonderful supporters in the North-east, held a major fundraising event called Kevin’s Day in aid of CLIC Sargent, in memory of her son Kevin, who passed away from Leukaemia on Christmas Day 2001 at the young age of 15. Round Britain Powerboat Race comes to Inverness

Inverness became a hub of activity when the 47 teams of the iconic Round Britain Offshore Power Boat Race had a rest day from their epic race. CLIC Sargent supporters, Sarah Fraser and Miranda Knowles of Team Scorpion-Dubois, were the first all-women crew to compete and the only crew to raise sponsorship. Cadets Face Challenges to Help CLIC Sargent

For the past two years CLIC Sargent and The Army Cadet Force have been working in partnership towards a special event now known as The Annual Youth Challenge, which raises funds for children with cancer. This year's event was held at Drumpellier Country Park, Coatbridge, Lanarkshire. Other youth organisations were also invited and this year they were joined by The Air Training Corps.
